NEW Ladies gym. Trim & Slim recently opened within Sandles as is already proving a very poplular placefor ladies of all ages to come and workout. 30 minute 3 times a week, in a fun and friendly atmosphere where members come to loose inches and tone up with our hydraulic resistance machines.

These machines are specifically designed to tone up us ladies challenging areas and this together with the fantastic Vibrostation for added inch loss. Ladies are already losing inches after just 4 weeks of joining us.
