A course of treatment consists of a combination of Hypnosis and Analysis (Communication) sessions.

A personalised tape of your actual hypnosis session is made for you to use at home on a daily basis.
The Analysis (Communication) processes are conducted at a fully conscious level. These are designed as self-realisation, self-awareness sessions, to enable you to make connections and to see for yourself where your problems have come from, what to do about them and how to find your own solutions.
