Sport & Remedial Massage employs a combination of techniques including soft tissue manipulation, isolated stretching and muscle energy techniques that can both prevent and resolve injuries sustained as a result of sporting and occupational activities.

During exercise, tissue damage is quite normal and the body repairs itself. Massage speeds up this repair and realigns the muscle fibres and returns the muscle to its full length to give optimal muscle performance.
